2019 has been an interesting year for Hasbro / Marvel with some pretty major delays announced. For the items we offer, this has impacted the Marvel Legends Prop Replica line (with delays across the board, but items like Starlord’s Helmet and Thor’s Hammer being bumped 6 months into 2020), and individual case lots of products (where, for instance, the Marvel Legends X-Men wave had the action figure Beast in it, and we ordered additional case lots of the highly demanded figure and were told that they would arrive at the same time. The set arrived on time, but the cases of the individual figure did not, and just were announced that they will not be available until March 2020!).
We continue to monitor any and all delays, especially those items where we have customers waiting for them. It is unfortunate that there have been so many lengthy delays this year, and for those customers who have made pre-orders and are waiting for their items, we truly appreciate your order and continued patience. Once items do arrive, all pre-orders will be processed and the items shipped out the same day or next business day depending upon when we receive the item.
