ACB Toys & Collectibles will offer items in our core product lines that we either have in stock, have ordered but have not yet received (which includes Pre-Orders) and can accept orders from our customers and ship when available. All of these items are available for order on our site. But it is important to note the status in the event that you are seeking to purchase and receive something quickly. Our statuses defined, therefore are:
IN STOCK:
These items are currently available and are in our possession. It is possible that an In Stock item may sell out from sales through our various sale outlets, and require additional units ordered from our wholesalers and distributors. If an item has run out of stock and can still be ordered, we will endeavor to reflect that in the status as soon as possible by changing the availability to Temporarily out of Stock. Typically items listed as In Stock are available and will be shipped upon receipt of order and payment.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK:
These items are currently sold out and we do not have a physical product in hand. These items could have already been ordered by our wholesalers and distributors to replenish our stock, or could be ordered on demand from our wholesalers and distributors to satisfy customer orders. Products backordered by the wholesalers and distributors, but still listed as orderable, will be ordered upon need. Wholesalers and distributors estimate up to 8 weeks for delivery on backordered items. As soon as your Temporarily Out of Stock items have arrived, your order will be fulfilled and shipped in accordance with our shipping policies.
PRE-ORDER:
These items are not yet available, but are listed with a target release date, and can be ordered by our customers. It is important to note that pre-order dates are often estimates from the manufacturers, and our wholesalers and distributors may not even have them by the list date. These items are orderable and will be fulfilled and shipped in accordance with our shipping policies.
SOLD OUT:
Items listed as Sold Out are ones that are out of stock and we either no longer can acquire from our wholesalers and distributors, or we have decided not to restock the particular item for whatever reason. These items can not be ordered by our customers.
