ACB Toys & Collectibles will seek to process all orders and ship them to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. The following policies will be in place for all orders placed with us:
Payment Policy:
Payment must be received in full prior to any shipments being sent out to our customers. Payments will be accepted at the time an order is placed, even for items that may be temporarily out of stock or are pre-orders.
Shipping Policy:
Once all items of your order are in stock, including items that had previously been temporarily out of stock or are pre-orders, your order will be shipped out to you. To prevent delays, if you need a temporarily out of stock or pre-order item sent out to you as soon as it arrives, please place separate orders for items arriving at different times. If there are delays to anticipated receipt dates, we may, at our discretion and cost, ship out items separately (International orders will never be split up and only be shipped once all items are in stock).
Shipping Options: All domestic shipments will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full point.
International Orders Policy:
We currently are only selling directly for domestic orders. For any international orders, please contact us at ACB@ACBToysCollectibles.com. A custom quote will need to be provided that includes any exchange rate / money conversion fee and appropriate shipping costs.
Return Policy:
All items ACB Toys & Collectibles sell are new and come direct from the wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer. It is possible that items we receive show scuffing or damage to the packaging as a result of normal operations and transit. However, all items are new. These items, especially pre-orders or back-ordered items, are often purchased to meet the demand of our customers. As such, we unfortunately do not accept any returns. If a customer wishes to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, we will be able to do so. Please NOTE: As of March 2019, PayPal has adjusted their policies so that any cancellation or return will no longer include a reimbursement of the fees. As such, any return or cancellation of an item paid for via PayPal, at the Buyer’s request, will have the PayPal fees deducted from the reimbursement. In the unlikely event that ACB Toys & Collectibles has to cancel an order, a full reimbursement will be provided.
Pre-Order Policy:
Some of the most exciting items you will want is the newest and latest release coming soon. These items are often hard to find, and sale on the secondary market is vastly overpriced. We gladly offer items for pre-order that will be processed and shipped to you when it arrives in stock and your entire order can be fulfilled. Please note that pre-orders provide a target release month, which is based on the latest information that we have. Some items could arrive sooner or later than the projected date.
Please note: All release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We do not make the toys and collectibles that we sell, but endeavor to receive and ship out to our customers as soon as possible.
