More Black Panther toys are on the way! Hasbro announced at San Diego Comic Con 2018 a second wave of the Black Panther series, and while the action figures included in the series are subject to change, the figures anticipated to be in the release include:
Black Panther without his face mask on, displaying an amazing likeness to the cinematic Chadwick Boseman who portraits Black Panther:
An additional Black Panther with the purple vibranium effects as soon during the movie:
Black Panther’s father, King T’Chaka with his full Wakandan attire and his own variation of the Black Panther costume from when he filled the role as seen as the beginning of the film:
Ayo, a member of the Dora Milaje, one of the guardians of the King:
The movie likeness of Ulysses Klaue, complete with his cinematic Andy Serkis likeness and arm cannon:
The movie likeness of Erik Killmonger, complete with his cinematic Michael B. Jordan likeness and mask stolen from the museum in the film:
BUILD A FIGURE: M’Baku! From originally challenging T’Challa for the throne to becoming one of his steadfast allies, M’Baku is a great addition to the collection and a most impressive Build a Figure!
This release is scheduled to be out just in time for the 2018 holiday season with a December 2018 release. Following HASBRO guidelines, these toys will not be officially available for pre-order or order until officially announced. ACB Toys & Collectibles has already ordered to have available upon the official release, and as soon as we can make them available for pre-order / order we will do so. Check back with us to see when this new Black Panther release is available for sale (and in the meantime, Black Panther Wave 1 is currently available in our Store!).
Only Shuri seems to be missing from the first 2 waves of the Black Panther releases, but there are some hints and rumors that she will be unveiled in a future release in 2019 (part of the Avengers, perhaps???). Once we have more news about this release and future one’s, we’ll add it on here!
