On the heels of the announcement of the Marvel Legends X-Force set, comes the Marvel Legends X-Men Retro set. Both sets appropriately timed with the new movie release of Dark Phoenix, all things X-Men are hot right now, and these sets are no exception!
The Retro set, like the Marvel Vintage series released in 2018, features X-Men action figures previously released by Toy Biz with a new Marvel Legends style and quality. These modernized figures look great, and bring some classic figures into the modern collectors and players reach.
The set includes Cyclops (in his X-Factor costume), Dazzler (in her more traditional attire when she was with the X-Men), Ice Man (also in his X-Factor costume…. though for Ice Man that’s not very easy to differentiate!), Silver Samurai, Storm (in her Jim Lee run X-Men outfit), and Wolverine (in his Patch outfit from when his own series first began). All figures are now up for pre-order and are scheduled to be released in August.
