ACB News: Huge Week for New Arrivals

There are so many items scheduled to arrive in January, from 2020 releases that were pushed back or shorted, to actual 2021 January releases, we are thrilled to announce that this week has quite a few items arriving! G.I. Joe, Marvel, and Star Wars all have items in transit from the Distributor and arriving this week!

G.I. Joe!

While the biggest projected release for January is G.I. Joe with Zartan and the Cobra Infantry Trooper, prior to the official launch of the August 2020 G.I. Joe Wave 2, Hasbro announced that the figures in the wave were going to be shorted. Sets themselves were announced as potentially “never” going out, and we were advised to order case lots of individual figures to make sure our pre-orders were covered. A handful of Wave 2 did pop up in big box stores, but none reached either of our Distributors we had orders pending with. Now, while those “sets” still are not coming, all of the individual case lots are on the way. With all of the confusion of “what is and is not really coming” with G.I. Joe Wave 2, we made the decision to pull all pre-orders and stop taking additional orders until we saw just what really came in. All three figures in Wave 2 are in transit and arriving both Thursday and Friday. What we are getting will be more than enough to ship out all of our pre-orders received prior to pulling the pre-orders down, and then we will post for sale what items remain.

In addition to the long awaited Wave 2, we will also be receiving more Snake Eyes and Destro from Wave 1. Both Roadblock and Scarlett are being “re-released” in the January Wave 3 along with Zartan and Cobra Infantry Trooper, and we will be receiving more of each of them when that set is released and arrives.

Marvel – Into the Spider-Verse!

One of the most highly anticipated and exciting sets to hit the Marvel Legends Spider-man line is the latest Into the Spider-Verse (Stiltman BAF) series featuring characters with the likeness form the Into the Spider-Verse movie. Scheduled as a January release, this wave is right on time and kicking of 2021 on the right webline!

Star Wars!

Thanks in large part to Disney+ hit show The Mandalorian, Star Wars is more popular than ever. New shows are on the way as the Star Wars universe continues to expand and delve into other area. The Star Wars The Black Series captures both original movie moments and the expanded universe in exquisite detail. The first set here arrived today, celebrating 50 years of Lucasfilm! Also arriving this week is the Deluxe Jar Jar Binks!
