Now that Todd McFarlane and McFarlane Toys has the agreement to produce Harry Potter and the Wizarding World Action Figures, the newest piece has been announced for release a month after the preliminary launch! That newest piece is none other than Buckbeak, the Hippogriff from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban that Harry flew in Hagrid’s first class as a teacher of mystical beasts.
Available this August, Buckbeak features a movable head, neck, tail, and wings with over 10 points of articulation. Buckbeak’s wingspan is 13-inches wide and features up and down movement. Buckbeak measures 12-inches wide, 10-inches tall, and 4 1/2 inches long when fully displayed on his base.
Buckbeak is the first mystical beast to join the Harry Potter collection. He joins the Series 1 action figures set to release in July – Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, and Lord Voldemort, all inspired from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Volume 2.
You can pre-order all five pieces of this Harry Potter collection now.
