ACB News: Big Announcements, New In Stock, and New Pre-Orders!

Toys took the spotlight with lots of news, from new Funko arriving in Stock, to announcements of entire new product lines like the McFarlane Toys Harry Potter line or the new Disney Dream Select Series Ralph Breaks the Internet Statues. Our site has now been updated with everything, but we wanted to consolidate it all to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.

NEW ARRIVALS:

We had quite a few items arrive over the last week or so. Most items center around Avengers Endgame, Toy Story 4, and Spider-Man Far From Home. Here is a breakdown of everything that arrived recently to make sure you didn’t miss something you were waiting for.

COMING SOON:

You may notice in the New Arrivals that not all pieces of a particular series has arrived yet, like some of the Funko POP! Avengers Endgame, Spider-Man Far From Home, or Toy Story 4 pieces. These are still on the way and we’re monitoring regularly (some, like Captain Marvel and Happy Hogan have already shipped!). But we also have a pair of new Marvel Legends (Avengers Endgame Wave 2, and Spider-Man Far From Home) that are up for pre-order. You’ll also see the first (Cowboy Logan) of the Marvel 80 Years Anniversary action figures. Also a new Harry Potter Funko – Fawkes, and Toothless and the Light Fury from How to Train Your Dragon 3.

PROP REPLICAS:

The Marvel Legends Prop Replicas have some pretty crazy prices out there when you go looking for them (Star Lord’s helmet we found sellers offering it for close to $1000!). Based on the popularity of Avengers Endgame and these items, Marvel / Hasbro has announced that they will be rereleasing these items later this year. Includes Ant-Man’s Helmet (which has shipped and we should get our hands on it next week!), Avengers Endgame Infinity Gauntlet, Captain America’s Shield, Iron Man’s helmet, Star Lord’s helmet, and Thor’s Mjolnir Hammer (and we just got word that the SOLD OUT Black Panther’s helmet might be coming back out again, too – we’ll monitor closely and get that up if we can get our hands on some inventory).

HARRY POTTER ACTION FIGURES:

The sky is the limit with the announcement that Todd McFarlane Toys will be launching a Harry Potter and the Wizarding World Action Figure line. McFarlane Toys are known for high quality items and some pretty amazing creatures and monsters – there are plenty of those in the Wizarding World to explore adding to the collection! The initial launch was a tad surprising, coming out of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 (Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, and Lord Voldemort, each with a Patronus or animal companion), but the figures look amazing (I still hope to see future figures with the main cast in their traditional Hogwarts attire though!). These pieces look amazing, and we’re in on the grand floor of what we can only hope will be plenty of pieces that we can’t wait to get out hands on! For now, we’re selling each action figure in Series 1 individually, or get them all in a set.

DISNEY DREAM SELECT STATUES:

The Beast Kingdom Disney Dream Select Statues are quite popular with the collectors, and I personally like the way they look on display. Now, Disney is announcing a series of statues for Ralph Breaks the Internet over a year in advance! When we asked the Distributor if this was a typo or why the pre-release period was so much longer than usual, we were advised that this particular set was a Previews Exclusive and would be custom made to meet the pre-order demand (which means it likely will be hard to find, if not impossible, if you wait until after it’s already out!). So we have an initial order in, and if we get enough pre-order demand to warrant it, we’ll see if we can get our hands on more pieces of this limited series. There are 5 statues in the Ralph Breaks the Internet series. Each will feature Vanellope von Schweetz with a Comfy Princess – Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, Rapunzel, and Snow White. They are sold individually, or can all be joined together to form a scene. As such, we have these listed both individually and with an option to order the set.
